Each player is permitted to hold only one tmtbet account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, along with forfeiture of any balances held therein.
All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers are subject to specific wagering requirements and validity periods. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash until the applicable wagering conditions have been fully met. Abuse of bonus offers will result in account action.
All financial transactions on tmtbet are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. tmtbet does not charge withdrawal fees, but your payment provider may apply their own charges. Processing times vary by method.
Any attempt to manipulate games, exploit software errors, use automated betting tools, or engage in collusion is strictly prohibited. tmtbet uses certified random number generation and reserves the right to void bets placed in violation of fair play standards.

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.1 Age Requirement. The tmtbet Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. tmtbet reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where the age requirement cannot be verified.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The tmtbet Platform is intended for use by players located in jurisdictions where online gaming is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is legal in your jurisdiction. tmtbet makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.
2.3 Registration. To access the full features of the tmtbet Platform, you must register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. You agree to update your information promptly if it changes. tmtbet reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion.
2.4 One Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to maintain only one active tmtbet account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. tmtbet reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to void any bets or winnings associated with them.
2.5 Prohibited Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or use the tmtbet Platform: (a) individuals under 21 years of age; (b) employees, contractors, or agents of tmtbet or its affiliates; (c) individuals who have been self-excluded from the Platform; (d) individuals in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tmtbet account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. tmtbet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.2 Notification of Breach. You must notify tmtbet immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your account or any other security breach.
3.3 Account Accuracy. You are responsible for ensuring that all information associated with your account is accurate and up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any balances held.
3.4 Account Closure. tmtbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that a Player has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
4.1 Currency. All deposits, withdrawals, and account balances on the tmtbet Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). tmtbet does not currently support multi-currency accounts.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. tmtbet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods may vary and are subject to change. tmtbet reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.
4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits are generally credited to your tmtbet account immediately upon confirmation from your payment provider. tmtbet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) before processing. tmtbet aims to process approved withdrawals within one (1) to three (3) business days. tmtbet does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which tmtbet accepts no responsibility.
4.5 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within your account dashboard. These limits may be adjusted from time to time at tmtbet's discretion.
4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. tmtbet is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations. tmtbet reserves the right to request documentation to verify the source of funds deposited into any account. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits, where technically feasible.
5.1 General. tmtbet may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, validity periods, and game restrictions, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn as cash until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as applicable) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. tmtbet reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them, and to close accounts, where it determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers. tmtbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Offers are subject to availability and may be limited to specific player segments or time periods.
6.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on the tmtbet Platform are subject to acceptance by tmtbet. tmtbet reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed on an event that has already commenced or concluded, where odds were published in error, or where tmtbet suspects irregular betting activity.
6.2 Errors in Odds. In the event that odds are published due to a technical error, human error, or data feed failure, tmtbet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players. tmtbet will not be liable for any losses arising from such errors.
6.3 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void where: the event is cancelled or abandoned; the result cannot be determined; the bet was placed after the event commenced (where in-play betting was not offered); or the bet was placed in violation of these Terms & Conditions. Void bets result in the return of the original stake.
6.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and are displayed within the Platform. These limits may vary by market, event, and Player account.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tmtbet Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
8.1 Commitment. tmtbet is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the potential harms associated with gambling. We provide a range of tools to help Players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion.
8.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period through their account settings or by contacting our support team. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's account will be suspended and they will not be permitted to register a new account on the Platform.
8.3 Minor Protection. tmtbet strictly prohibits access to the Platform by individuals under 21 years of age. Players are responsible for ensuring that minors do not access the Platform using their account credentials or devices.
8.4 PAGCOR Resources. Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to seek assistance from PAGCOR's responsible gaming programme and other available support services in the Philippines.
All content on the tmtbet Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of tmtbet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of tmtbet.
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tmtbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
10.2 tmtbet does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. tmtbet shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from Platform downtime, technical failures, or interruptions to service.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude tmtbet's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
tmtbet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and is available at tmtbet.app/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. tmtbet implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.
tmtbet reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, tmtbet will provide reasonable notice to Players via the Platform or by email. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to stay informed of any updates.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. tmtbet operates in compliance with applicable PAGCOR regulations and Philippine gaming legislation.
